2015’65 plate VW T5.1 VW Transporter T28 Campervan. Private plate not included. It will be on a 65 plate. The last of the T5.1s. Owned by me since 07/17. Two Keys and owners handbooks. TRENDLINE model which includes Air Con, Cruise Control, Elec Folding Mirrors, Elec Front Windows, Bluetooth, Multi-Function display, Reversing Sensors. Bought as a van to have professionally converted as below. Now recorded as a’Motor caravan’ with DVLA. This will increase slightly as still in use. Engine was remapped at Pendle Performance HQ 09/03/18 at 32355 miles. This took the original bhp from 110 to 170. It now drives like a car rather than an overladen van. Now done 20,000 miles since with no problems. Certificate and charts/bills included. 5 stamps in the book, Serviced at 28851,34114,40443, 44811 and 52851 miles. TIMING BELT replaced 10/20. Just MOT’d and serviced 21/9/21. New tyre and rear brake pads. Stance’ Fully Adjustable Coilovers fitted 08/19. Lowered just enough to look good and to stop it wobbling through corners. Laser alignment carried out. New steering rack and 2 Avon front tyres 09/20. Receipts for all work/services. Sportline front bumper and fog lights. 18 Alloy wheels just been refurbished in BMW M Sport Grey. New vehicle battery in last 12 months. Driver’s Captains chair with arm rests. Smev Oven with integrated grill. You will see a lot of vans with no oven, in fact I had one myself previously. These are a game changer. Gas 2 ring hob. Hob and sink with black glass covers. Eiberspaecher diesel heater with room thermostat. 5 mins is enough to make the van super toasty. 12 volt sockets and 240 v sockets for use on hook-up. New Lucas leisure battery and charging system. Swivel double front passenger seat with storage beneath- with the bed seat, there are effectively 2 settees. Reimo roof rail for drive away awning. You can see in the photos the range of storage available. Large boot space- some conversions have the folded bed right up against the back door. Where does the luggage go? Van will come with the Fiamma 2 bike carrier if so desired. It is fitted with’helicopter tape’ underneath the mountings so no scratched doors. Please no’one day I hope to have one’ or’I’ve seen a white one with 180,000 miles, no crash tested bed, no oven, no roof bed, fitted out on someone’s driveway, Cat S… For a lot less’. Of course you have, there are lots about to cover all ends of the market. This isn’t one of those. I feel this is priced realistically in the current market which is seeing prices continue to rise. If the weather turns a bit cold, then not a problem. The on-board diesel heater will provide you with plenty of warmth, and an board TV with entertainment. During the daytime there is an L shaped sofa opposite the sliding door, so you can take in your surroundings in comfort with the door open. At night time this Sofa converts into a 4 X 64 double bed in around 30 seconds. At the rear is another Sofa / bed which can seat 3-4. At night time this turns into a bunk bed which is suitable for children. With this van you can be totally off grid with plenty of water from the 81L fresh water tank, and the solar panel and large 160Ah battery will provide you with all the power you need, Whilst the vehicle is parked up this solar panel will also maintain the vehicle battery. The Gas supply is via a 15L underslung tank which not only is a space saver but can be refilled at any petrol station supplying LPG. A gauge on the tank indicates the gas level, and this can be topped up so that you are ready for your holiday. This gas will last around three weeks if you are running the 33L 3-way fridge of it. Longer if the fridge is running of the 230V hook-up. Another extremely useful edition to this vehicle is the Smev Oven/Grill along with the 3-burner hob, you can easily turn out self-cooked meals. A full width kitchen provides great space for food preparation. If you want an active holiday, then you can bring up to three bikes on the rear bike rack. Harvey also comes with a Kampa Travel Pod midi air inflatable drive-away awning. With no awkward poles this can easily be put up in around 10 minutes.
