We have great times and created many wonderful memories in her but it is time for her to move on to other adventures. She is a left-hand drive 1997 Fiat Ducato with only 87,300 on the clock. Drives really well, 1.9 Diesel engine which has given us no trouble. Sleeps 5 with a queen sized fixed double above the cabin, a single and another double made from the seats and tables. The cabin bed is close to the ceiling but still comfortable for two adults. The seated double is slim and most comfortable for 1 adult rather than 2 adults. Two fold down table and chair sets, the first seats 4 comfortably, the other is for just 2 people. Great for inviting friends in for a drink or dinner if the weather outside is cold or wet. 4 safety belted seats for the family to travel safely in her, 2 up front and 2 at the main table. You could fit a 5th at the smaller table. Kitchen area has a sink, gas hob and fridge/freezer that runs of gas, electric or battery. Bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Plenty of onboard storage for clothes, food, board games etc. MOT Valid until 16th May 2023. Gas – with external locker. Gas heating (not used). She has some minor cosmetic scratches to her outside as expected for her age (no bumps), also the bathroom tap needs a new washer. The vehicle will be fully insulated firstly with thermal foil and then with plastic hollow fibre insulation (we never use rock wool as it can rot and start to smell a few years down the line) We will ensure that all internal channels in the vehicle side construction are fully insulated otherwise massive heat loss can occur. We will fully carpet line your vehicle in a colour of your choice. We will installed our standard T5 wiring loom in the vehicle, controlled by a full Power Management System PMS 3 (made by bonus systems). 240v hook up point fitted. We will fit 1x twin 240v power point and 1x 12v power point inside the vehicle. We will fit 1x flexi LED strip light behind the driver? S seat (this can be used to illuminate the roof space) and 3x LED down lights on the passenger side and 2 x LED down lights on the drivers. A 110 amp high quality leisure battery will be installed with a smart- com intelligent charging system that charges when the engine is running (and the main vehicle battery is fully charged) – so no chance of a flat battery in the morning!! All bare edges will be cleaned, etch sealed with an acid etch primer and over coated with a polyurethane body adhesive to prevent any future corrosion issues. A full front, rear and side steel strengthening support frame will be installed. As standard we install 3 x roof bed boards lined in the same carpet lining as the side of the campervan. This enables the campervan to sleep 4. We will fit N/S/F fixed window and an O/S/F Slide opening window by the cooker and sink area, 2 x barn door window and one n/s/r. As with the roof all cut bare edges will be acid etch and PU sealed. All internal ply panels will be removed and the whole inside of the vehicle will be vacuumed and then cleaned with a body shop panel cleaner before insulation and lining is carried out. The vehicle will be fully insulated firstly with thermal foil and then with plastic hollow fibre insulation (we never use rock wool as it can rot and start to smell a few years down the line) We will ensure that all internal channels in the vehicle side construction are fully insulated otherwise massive heat loss can occur. We will fully carpet line your vehicle in a colour of your choice. We will installed our standard T5 wiring loom in the vehicle, controlled by a full Power Management System PMS 3 (made by bonus systems). 240v hook up point fitted. We will fit 1x twin 240v power point and 1x 12v power point inside the vehicle. We will fit 1x flexi LED strip light behind the driver? S seat (this can be used to illuminate the roof space) and 3x LED down lights on the passenger side and 2 x LED down lights on the drivers. A 110 amp high quality leisure battery will be installed with a smart- com intelligent charging system that charges when the engine is running (and the main vehicle battery is fully charged) – so no chance of a flat battery in the morning!! The leisure battery is also charged when hooked up to 240v on campsites via the power management system. All wiring is carried out with automotive thin wall grade wire. We have upgraded the floor to 12mm (we find that 9mm floors are not sufficient) and cover it with hard wearing Altro floor covering in a choice of colours. All edges will be finished in alloy covering trims. It will include kitchen unit with 2 cutlery compartments and a large storage area, a smev combination sink and 2 burner hob unit, with over kitchen storage unit.
