For sale I have my Mercedes Sprinter motorhome and Race Van. This is a 2007 registered vehicle with the conversion only being completed professionally in 2018. It is lightly used and is in outstanding condition. This van has a full service history during my ownership, it has no advisories in its last MOT, and for an added bonus it has some motorsport royalty in its previous ownership of which I have provenance and documents! Myself and my son have used it for kart racing, and we have used it as a family camper; this is a versatile conversion to suit motorsport or family trips. The van itself is on a 2007 57 plate, and in my opinion has relatively low milage at around 9500 per year, it pulls like a train and these engines are good for thousands upon thousands of miles. It has had another service in the meantime; all this work is documented. Four new tyres were put on in 2019 but due to Covid they have only around 800 miles on them. The spare wheel is barely used. The bodywork is fabulous, there is no rust and it simply bears the hallmarks of a 13 year old van. All front, rear and side lights work, and both wing mirror indicators are new. There is a wind-out awning canopy too, perfect for motorsport, or relaxing in the evening. Internally, the conversion was completed professionally and I have this receipted, there was no expense spared. The van has: two-burner hob and sink, 3-way fridge, microwave, gas thermostat controlled heater, 12v Led lighting and reading lights above the bed, 12v tv and dvd with roof mounted aerial, toilet/cloakroom, usb charging points, 240v hook up with 2x plugs, cold water tank and pump, removable table, fixed bed area, additional bed area from seating, overhead storage, under seat storage, leisure battery, sky light. I had the bespoke double lined curtains hand made separately. There are seatbelts for five persons, three front, two for the rear facing seats. The garage area is vast at 2m front to back, 1.8m across the doors and 1.1m height. This height could be raised at the expense of some fixed bed headroom; I had it lowered as we were putting a kart in but the area as is will easily fit the families bicycles, plus lots of extra space. The garage also has a 12v light. It has access to the toilet cassette and gas bottle. For those making genuine enquiries about this van I will provide details of its previous ownership and I have prepared some documents passed onto me and some additional souvenirs, the eagle eyed may spot a couple of nods around the van! This van is only for sale due to an unfortunate change of family circumstances and also as my son needs to concentrate on exams now so it will not be getting used.
