Bought as a van 3 years ago and converted into a camper can myself. Viewing test drives encouraged but I’ll give you the rundown. 2.5 TDI great engine no problems with it , it’s had a new egr valve , and most recently a new turbo and seal’s and a manifold gasket , turbo hadn’t gone just a stink on start up , I couldn’t see the point in just paying the garage to just replace gaskets as a new turbo was all of it job done , I have a receipt for clutch and flywheel from previous owner so all the big jobs are done , engine gearbox brakes are all fine with no issues. Good on fuel especially the motorway with the six speed box. I have seviced it every 6 months my self , quality oil and all the filters , Inc fuel , gear driven engine so no cam belts to worry about. Registered as a motor caravan on the V5 , I managed to do this just before the DVLA stopped doing it for van conversions. Dub number plate goes with it. Lowered on stance plus coil overs. New amorok steels about a year ago with new tyres at the time them all of it tracked up. Paint could do with re touching in places but it’s not rusty , I’m probably being fussy there. Side bars roof bars. Crash tested bed with inercia reel seat belts. Units to the side with power , used for a sub at the min. Swivel front passenger seat. Sony Bluetooth head unit. Basically ready to go camping or nice days out. Reason for sale is we have a bay window camper as well and that’s not getting the use it should , and out of the two the T5 is going.
