Kitchen area – Fridge runs off both gas and electric (for off grid recommend using gas as the electric battery can be utilised for other appliances), four ring gas cooker (no oven or grill) a sink, draw for cutlery and storage above. Bathroom – Bathroom is toilet and sink only (previous owner removed shower) personally never used the toilet as always used the ones on campsite, hence no reason for me to reinstall shower etc. I have left a roll of flooring (as seen in pic) if you wanted to place on floor of bathroom and match the lounge area. Cab area- Above the cab is another sleeping area, two persons ideally children as there’s not a great deal of head height but manageable (I used it for storage). Lock safe under the seat. Next to the drivers seat there is a gauge and valve, this if for the air suspension system. Outside – outside area is in good condition for its age, however there are a few age related marks and a few rust spots near the front bumper, there is a stainless steel exhaust (I’ve not been under to see, garage told me, your than welcome to look). There is a LPG connection fitted but not set up if you want to reuse a refillable gas bottle, I’ve not looked into it hence it comes with a Calor gas bottle (Propane, orange bottle). Solar panel was 195 each. FYI for parts I always use Coastal motorhome. 1, The electrical system for the solar panels and the gas fire was installed by my self as a project, therefore i would recommend you do your own due diligence and have them checked prior to use for your own peace of mind as i assume no responsibility here-after the sale, however they have been installed for some time and had no issues. 2, The charge controller is currently only set up for the leisure battery, you will need to run two wires from van battery to the controller unit if you want the solar panels to charge main battery too. 3, Due to installing the new Truma heater, the new cover would have been to big to open the cupboard above, hence the old casing, the old fire cover is missing the top plastic cover in which the dial sit in, (I’m sure its in the van somewhere, but cant find it). According to previous owner the van is equipped with an immobiliser, I have never used this function just encase I couldn’t turn it off again, there is a round fob, probably needs a battery for the fob.
