Camper Van Motorhome Race Van. I converted this van. To be my occasional home in the Alps. Base vehicle is Peugeot Boxer LWB 3.5 tonne with just over 90K genuine miles on clock comes complete with service history which has been approved by Peugeot as they kindly replaced the whole engine after a minor problem, then the gearbox was replaced because they dislodged an oil seal when fitting new engine I have had no issues since, vehicle is in constant use. The base vehicle is one of the most fuel economical in its class and has Air Con, Cruise Control, Reversing sensors, Sat Nav, ABS, and 6 speed gearbox, I have added a rear camera on/with a Dash cam and Cab area is clean and unmarked. The exterior is in very good condition with no van associated bumps or dings of a van. Camper conversion was carried out by myself, I have converted for many years and is my second job this one was my own campervan so lots extra, it is heavily insulated for use during winter so Cab area is separate and one side window with a large roof light on top, both of these have thermal screens and blinds. The camper is arranged around a L shaped seating area up front and double bed over garage at back with toilet/wet Room to one side. The large L shaped seating area could also double as single beds (190x57cm twice). It has a very large water tank enough for two people for 7 days with diesel blown heating (timer and remote) which also provides the hot water (water also 240v). The fridge and a mini oven is underneath seating area and powered by an inverter (fridge only). There is plenty of additional storage underneath seating area. The bathroom has a basin and separate toilet with a trigger style shower head providing H&C water it is a wet room, duck boards on floor with plenty of hanging space for drying clothes with its own heater outlet, powered vent in ceiling and and door for more privacy. Toilet can be accessed for emptying via the rear doors. Kitchen area has a combined sink and 2 burner stove with H&C water with 8 x storage trays in unit below, the TV is mounted above but can be swung to watched from seats, bed or outside. The rear bed is a small double which can be left made and with enough height to sit up to watch TV or have a cuppa. The garage is below and will take a couple of mountain bikes and paddle boards with easy there are brackets on floor to attach forks of mountain bikes onto 190x115x87 cm LxWxH at maximums with a diagonal length of 215cm. The Van is designed to be a home from home and has seen a lot of use whilst wild camping as it has 2 x 100w solar panels on roof, inverter, tv with roof top aerial + booster 140 litres of fresh and 40L grey water with remote drain. There is lots Led lighting inside as it was used a lot in winter 12 units on 3 separate circuits with lighting over side door for awning. There are USB points near head end of bed and more on power panel behind TV, there are 3 x 240v power outlets in the rear and one in front cab which will provide power from hook up or inverter. The awning as shown is included and extends your living space when on campsite. Any other changes can be discussed and arranged, like alloy wheels.
