Fully Convereted Van – Mercedes Sprinter 2002 LWB- Motorhome.. Dual Automatic and Manual. Can be driven as either. We are sad to see this go, however it’s full-filled its purpose and taught us a lot over the last couple of years. We are hoping it can find its way to someone who will get as much enjoyment out of it as we did. We built this home from scratch with our 4 hands, we are willing to wait for it to go to someone who can equally see its value. Gutted the inside and began building our first time conversion full-time home. Cab separated by wall with window and shutter doors. Over cab storage accessible from back. Shower and toilet wet-room with a vent installed in roof, but needs a vent installed in the ceiling part of the shower – not difficult. Kitchen consists of a sink with an extendable hose. Large gas bottle and a pull out gas water heater which heats the kitchen sink and shower. With additional under cabinet storage. Small shelf on the wall also. Woodburner – the minicyclops from Glastonbury burners. Sits on-top of tiled storage unit. Overhead storage along the left side of the van. Last cupboard was made for a TV cupboard above bed. Space for a fridge/freezer. Pull out desk and flip up extra seat for an office space. Few empty areas to build extra wood storage, or some drawers. 2x large wheelbase storage. Will be removing carpet and treating wood before sale. As well as what was used as a cats bedroom – carpeted but will be cleaned – on the second half of the right-side wheelbase. Litterbox area accessed from the small room and changed from garage/back doors. We had a large permanent double bed installed after conversion, which provides more storage, door accessed in couch area with lock, and through back doors also. We have also recently added a new wardrobe – it has 5 inside shelves and one storage area under the fold-down seat. Small shelf under the bed for additional storage. Electrics panel with lights and water pump controls and extension cable box to the side of the bed for addition plug ports. 400x400mm roof pop-up window. Large water tank with (soon to be newly installed) electric pump. Large electrics cupboard and additional battery storage in wheel base area. ELECTRICS SET UP NOT INCLUDED, BUT will be ready for a new system. And top of the line. So open to negotiations, however as it stands we are looking to take it for our next build. We really believe this still has another genuine >100k-200k miles to go with the ever reliable Mercedes. This is a perfect starting home for van life, and as we learned a never-ending project. Perfect for first-timers, or someone who wants to frequently holiday. It’s been revised to reflect its value now.
