Did the gas lines myself and haven’t had it certified, but haven’t had any problems with leaks. It’s a short copper pipe run from the tank to the oven and heater. You can pay a gas engineer to give it the thumbs up pretty cheaply. Comes with sink with running water and drinking water it has under counter waste and clear water tanks with external fill. Extra : are The underslung tanks aren’t currently plumbed in. Only added them a few weeks ago and haven’t gotten around to hooking them up not really needed. Brand new 12 v TV in the box.
